We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative in the Wigan area to work for a well-established housing association on a long term, self-employed contract. We are ideally looking for people who have experience within social housing.
In return, the successful Multi Trade Operative will get:

Between £21 and £22 per hour
Use of company vehicle during the day
Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
Long term work
Potential for full time employment (if desired)In this Multi Trade Operative role, you will be responsible for:

Carpentry
Plumbing
Plastering
TilingFor this Multi Trade Operative role, you'll need:

Full UK driving license
Previous experience within social housing
