IMH Recruitment are seeking dedicated Waste Operative to join our clients team in Barnsley. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient collection and management of waste materials.

Duties

* Assist in loading and unloading waste materials at designated sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding collection schedules, routes, and any issues encountered during operations.

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle and equipment used during operations.

* Follow all relevant legislation and guidelines related to waste management and environmental protection.

Hours & pay:

* Tuesday - Fridays

* 6am-15:45pm.

* £12.85 Per Hour.

Experience

* Previous experience in Waste Operative or manual work is desirable

* A valid driving licence with experience operating commercial vehicles is preferred.

* A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices in the workplace is required.
