This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving and respected clinic as Practice / Business Manager, responsible for the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations.
About the Role As Practice / Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the non-clinical aspects of the practice. You will oversee HR, payroll, and supplier relationships, ensuring the practice operates with structure, efficiency, and professionalism. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of the practice, ensuring a seamless patient and staff experience
* Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
* Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with employment legislation
* Maintain and develop supplier relationships to support practice needs
* Implement structured systems and processes to support operational excellence
* Work closely with the clinical team to uphold the practice’s high standards
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in operational management, ideally within healthcare or a similar service-led environment
* Strong background in HR, payroll, and supplier management
* Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Experience within the dental sector is desirable but not essential
