AC Engineer – M13 – £37,000 – £42,000

Location: South of Manchester
Salary: £37,000 – £42,000
Hours: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified AC Engineer to join our team on a static commercial site based in the South of Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced air conditioning engineer looking for a stable, weekday-only role with strong benefits, training, and long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on air conditioning systems

*

Attending to reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdowns

*

Working on split systems, VRV/VRF, FCUs, AHUs, and associated plant

*

Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations

*

Supporting wider building services and assisting with other site duties as required

*

Completing maintenance documentation and reports accurately

Requirements:

*

Fully qualified AC Engineer (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

*

F-Gas Category 1 (essential)

*

Experience within a commercial building or facilities management environment

*

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a site-based team
