What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

Supporting pupils to stay focused, engaged, and motivated throughout the school day

Providing 1:1 or small group support to help pupils reach their full potential

Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

Helping with classroom preparation, setting up resources, and daily activities

Reporting any concerns following safeguarding procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in a school or similar educational setting

DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
