Commercial Pipefitter / Plumber
Location: North West (various sites)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Sub-contractor basis also considered)
Salary: £25,000 – £42,000 per annum (negotiable DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Overtime: Available

Overview:
We are currently recruiting experienced Commercial Pipefitters / Plumbers to work across hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings throughout the North West. This role involves a range of commercial plumbing and pipefitting duties within occupied and sensitive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of commercial hot and cold water systems

Commercial heating systems work

Above-ground drainage installations

Sanitary-ware installation and maintenance

Leigonella monitoring, testing, and compliance works

Working within NHS and other regulated commercial environments

Liaising with clients and principal contractors on site

Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

Recognised Plumbing / Building Services qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ)

Proven experience within the commercial sector

Good communication and teamwork skills

Full UK driving licence

Valid CSCS card

Basic DBS certificate (essential due to site locations)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
