Specialists in providing engineered above ground drainage and water supply systems, Polypipe Building Services leverages offsite fabrication to design and deliver solutions to mechanical and public health engineers, M&E contractors as well as local authorities. Polypipe Building Services houses well-known industry brand Terrain and has been delivering systems to commercial, high rise residential, healthcare, education and leisure projects for over 50 years.

Role: We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team on a 3 month fixed term basis to play a key role in supporting the development and launch of a new website.

This position involves assisting with the creation and organisation of marketing content, performing accurate data entry of product and service information, and helping to build landing pages that align with the company’s brand and commercial objectives. Working closely with the marketing and technical teams, the Marketing Assistant will ensure the website effectively showcases our solutions and enhances the user experience for clients and stakeholders.

Working Monday - Friday, the core hours are 8:00am until 5:00pm Monday - Thursday whilst Fridays are 8:30am - 3:00pm, however, we are open to offering flexible working hours to suit the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with the Product and Technical teams to ensure product information is approved and inputting data onto the new website

Managing and tagging assets in the DAM (data asset management) system ahead of website launch

*

Assist in creation of digital content (video, photography, infographics, etc.)

*

Liaising with external agencies, when required to, to assist in creation of assets for the new website

*

Any other ad hoc requests from Marketing Executives

Skills and Requirements:

Must be able to demonstrate excellent project management ability

Ability to work with CMS, Adobe Suite and Social Media platforms desirable

*

Can work to tight deadlines and manage numerous projects in conjunction

*

Good numerical and analytical skills

*

Excellent team player

*

Ability to work on own initiative to deliver results
