We're recruiting for a Field Service Engineer (PSV) to support a major London bus operator across several depots. This is a hands-on, mobile role where you'll be the go-to expert for diagnostics, technical support, and fleet reliability.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
- Providing on-site technical support across multiple depots (circa 3) in a geographical location
- Conducting preventive maintenance to DVSA and TfL standards
- Using advanced diagnostic tools and vehicle management systems
- Supporting audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a PSV/HGV technician or field service engineer
- Strong diagnostic skills across vehicle systems
- Recognised technical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3)
- Ability to work independently and travel across London
- Clear communicator with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
