Support Workers (Female) - Camberley - £12.87/hr - Day Shifts

We are currently recruiting 2 experienced female Support Workers for a rewarding opportunity in Camberley, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.

Shift Pattern:

Day shifts only

Full-time or part-time considered

Role Overview: You will be working in a specialist care setting supporting individuals with:

Schizophrenia

Challenging behaviour

Dementia and unexpected behaviours

Your role will involve:

Providing person-centred care and emotional support

Assisting with daily routines and activities

Managing behavioural challenges with empathy and professionalism

Promoting independence and wellbeing

Pay Rate:

£12.87 per hour

Requirements:

Previous experience in mental health, dementia, or challenging behaviour support

Strong communication and de-escalation skills

Female applicants only (due to genuine occupational requirements)

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Right to work in the UK
