An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading residential civils and groundworks contractor delivering major schemes across the Yorkshire region.

This is a senior commercial role offering autonomy, influence, and progression within a successful business.

Responsibilities:

Full commercial responsibility for major residential civils & groundworks schemes

Commercial reporting to senior management

*

Risk management and profit protection

*

Client and subcontractor negotiations

*

Final accounts and project close-out

*

Mentoring junior commercial staff

Requirements:

Strong background as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within residential civils & groundworks

*

Proven ability delivering profitable projects

*

Confident client-facing communicator

*

Strong leadership and commercial acumen

*

Full UK driving licence
