This full-time role involves working closely with pupils in KS1 or KS2, offering essential one-to-one and small group support to help them grow both academically and emotionally.

Role: Teaching Assistant

Year Group: KS1 or KS2 (dependent on experience and school needs)
Start: September, 2025
Contract: Full-Time / Long-Term
Pay: £102 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting children with SEND, including autism, speech and language needs, ADHD, or other complex learning difficulties.
Demonstrates empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
Can provide one-to-one and small group support to boost engagement and learning.
Works effectively within a collaborative team of teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists.
Is proactive, positive, and committed to fostering confidence and independence in every child.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored support to individual pupils, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and adapting classroom activities to meet diverse needs.
Encourage positive social interactions, emotional well-being, and good behaviour.
Support the class teacher in maintaining an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
