The Position – Primary Learning Mentor

Qualiteach are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Primary Learning Mentor to join a supportive school environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible across all year groups, providing targeted support to pupils who require additional help with their learning. You will lead intervention sessions, work closely with lower-ability students, and help boost confidence and progress in core subjects. Strong communication skills, patience, and a nurturing approach are essential. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on pupils’ academic and personal development.
