One of out large finicle clients is looking for an expeirened Records Management AVP

Responsible for:

Review and update records management policy framework

Ensuring Records management framework meets legal/regulatory requirements
Assisting the identification and remediation of records management risks and audit points
Support Records Management projects
Providing support and training for Records Management compliance

Day to Day responsibilities

The Records Management AVP will provide the following deliverables:

Records Management Policies - Benchmark, review and update current polices

Archiving and Disposition - Creation of a new RM archiving and disposition procedure

Records Management Processes - Creation of records lifecycle management processes (creation, capture, index, storage)

Training Materials - Guides and presentations for RM training and awareness

Records Management Projects - Support deliverables for data classification and RM lifecycle management projects

Location: London

Working Week -Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Qualifications or experience - digital records management, records management experience

hybrid work - 2-3 days in the office
