You'll be joining a dedicated team of professionals focused on creating a nurturing and inclusive space for all learners. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT looking to start their career in a school that invests in its staff and students alike.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students with additional needs
Support students with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
Contribute to the growth and development of the school's Sixth Form department
Work collaboratively with SEN staff, support assistants, and external professionals
Encourage independence, communication, and life skills in learners
What We're Looking For:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - suitable for Early Career Teachers
Passionate about inclusive education and SEN
Willing to learn and adapt to a range of learning needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality education for all students
