TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of an established Fit out contractor operating across the UK. Projects include cinemas, restaurants and retail sites, this business has a fantastic reputation for quality and is a specialist in the sector.

Due to growth and project wins, this fit out contractor is looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to the team to aid the pipeline of work but also to grow with the business and develop into a more senior role.

The Role:

Maintain accurate commercial documentation
Complete costing for various aspects of development
Evaluate and agree variations
Be aware of new materials and methods
Prepare tenders
The Person:

Degree or HND Qualified
Experienced working in Retail Fit out/Fit out
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good IT Skills
