What You’ll Do:

Teach your subject (any core or creative subject) with a focus on differentiation

Support learners with SEND in mainstream classes or smaller groups

Work closely with pastoral and SEN staff to deliver holistic support

Build relationships that help all learners thrive

What You’ll Need:

QTS (or on track to achieve it) in your chosen subject
