We are a well-established recruitment business, actively looking to recruit for a proactive, charismatic, and detail-driven individual to join our Hastings-based team. In this varied and rewarding position, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our office. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates and clients, while playing a key part in the behind-the-scenes success of our team. From writing job adverts and managing social media, to resourcing top talent and supporting day-to-day operations, no two days will be the same.

Answering incoming calls and greeting prospective candidates
Registering new candidates and maintaining accurate records
Writing and posting job adverts across various platforms
Formatting CVs and assisting with candidate submissions
Searching CV databases and building talent pools on our CRM database
Providing key administration support to consultants
Helping to manage company social media posts and engagementWhat We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, job boards, social media)
A confident, professional, and proactive approach
A genuine interest in progressing within the recruitment industry
Previous office/admin or customer service experience (6-12 months ideally) 
Social media/content creation experience is a bonus!Application Process
