Job Title: Mobile M&E Supervisor - Facilities Maintenance

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile M&E Supervisor in Facilities Maintenance to join our dynamic team. Based in the vibrant Birmingham area, this role offers a competitive salary of up to £39,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of Mobile Mechanical and Electrical Engineers in delivering high-quality facilities maintenance services.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Utilise your mechanical or electrical background to troubleshoot technical problems and provide technical guidance to the team.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and maintain strong relationships.Requirements:

Background in either mechanical or electrical disciplines is essential.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within facilities maintenance.
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
Full UK driving licence.Benefits:
