Brownlee Cale are working with a Tier 2 national civil engineering firm looking to hire a permanent Site Agent for an upcoming project in the Middlesborough area, due to start in 4-6 weeks time.

Responsibilities:

* Take full responsibility for day-to-day management of site operations for the allocated

* Manage a team of engineers, foremen and subcontractors to ensure efficient site progress

* Ensure works are carried out in line with project specifications, drawings and quality

* Maintain high health & safety standards and ensure compliance

* Liaise with the PC and any other relevant site contacts

* Contribute to progress meetings, preparing site reports and programmes,

Qualifications/Requirements

* Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent

* Minimum 5 years of experience within Civil Engineering with 2 years of Agent experience

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Cert

* Previous experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
