A brand new start up company with ambitious growth plans are urgently looking to hire a Head of Payroll to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a critical role for the business & will need candidates to create the department from scratch!

As the Head of Payroll, you will be responsible for:

Creating and building a brand-new payroll function. Looking at business needs and creating appropriately.
Recruitment of new hires
Working with payroll provider and developing correct software for the function
Keeping up to date with all payroll legislation
Creating and implementing SLAs
Building robust relationships with 3rd party clients
Working with business owners and other stakeholders on budget, forecasting and providing payroll analysis
