Deliver Music lessons across KS3 and KS4 with opportunities to support extracurricular ensembles.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Music ECT to become part of a vibrant and creative Music Department at a well-regarded secondary school in Reading. The department encourages innovation, individual student growth, and engagement in performance arts at all levels.

Experience and Qualifications

Degree in Music or closely related field

*

PGCE or SCITT with QTS by July 2025

*

Ability to teach a broad and balanced curriculum, including theory, composition, and practical skills

*

Experience or interest in leading ensembles, choirs, or bands

*

Legal entitlement to work in the UK
