Milk Education is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in North Tyneside.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves helping children learn, play and grow in a supportive and nurturing Early Years environment.

The Role:

Supporting the class teacher within a Nursery or Reception setting

Helping to deliver engaging, play-based learning activities

Supporting children with personal care and social development

Encouraging curiosity, independence and confidence in early learners

Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents

About You:

Experience working with Early Years or EYFS pupils (school or nursery setting)

A warm, patient, and positive approach to working with young children

Understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development

A full and relevant EYFS qualification is highly desirable
