Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Contracts Administrator for a growing business in Bridgwater. With a fast-paced environment with a great team culture, you will be a vital link between customers and internal teams, ensuring that service and product requests are accurately captured, processed, and delivered with precision. You’ll be the voice of the customer within the business, leading conversations and driving work flow.
Contracts Administrator - About the Role:
This is a site-based role, where you’ll work closely with the Service Manager and wider teams to support the delivery of world-class manufacturing and service excellence.
* Primary interface for customer enquiries and service requests, gaining insight into their requirements and specifications.
* Assisting customers to correctly identifying required service and parts.
* Leading customer discussions to ensure right-first-time service delivery.
* Generating accurate quotes using pricing and costings from Sage 200.
* Owning, maintaining and optimising customer requests from quotation through the business.
* Provide monthly reporting and insights to the Service Manager.
* Supporting the Service team in the planning and co-ordination of activity to both customer and business need, assisting the team in reaching required sales and profitability targets.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the order process.
Contracts Administrator – The Rewards:
Hours: 37 hrs per week, Mon – Fri
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000pa depending on experience plus great benefits including 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday
Location: In office, Bridgwater
Contracts Administrator – The Person:
* This role will suit a proactive, astute administrator seeking a busy varied hands-on role with a growing SME, where you will be crucial to translating customer needs into actionable outcomes.
* We are keen to hear from individuals with proven administration experience ideally gained in a service department or manufacturing business.
* Experience of order processing / quote preparation is highly desirable.
* Able to manage and prioritise own work load.
* Excellent communicator at all levels with a strong customer satisfaction ethos and the ability to build rapport with colleagues.
* Proficient in using Word, Excel and inhouse systems, experience of Sage 200 is highly desirable.
