Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Salary: £33,000 - £40,000

Known for its collaborative spirit and commitment to innovation, the practice works across sectors including Affordable Housing, Retrofit, Education, and Modern Methods of Construction. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful, forward-thinking projects – particularly in the Commercial, Education, and Industrial sectors – while being part of a supportive, people-first team culture.
Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:
• Develop accurate technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using Revit and other CAD/BIM software.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver practical and sustainable design solutions.
• Undertake site visits and surveys, monitor construction progress, and ensure designs are delivered in line with regulations and the project’s original intent.
• Work directly with clients, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical challenges and support smooth project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Revit and a good understanding of BIM processes.
• Knowledge of current UK building regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and technical drawing ability.
