Pay: £100 - £105 per day (DOE)

Are you an experienced LSA who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs?
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work 1:2 with two KS2 pupils who require extra support with their learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a long-term difference in a supportive, family-focused environment as a Teaching Assistant inside and outside of the classroom.

Provide 1:2 LSA support for two KS2 pupils with dyslexia, ADHD, and sensory processing needs
Deliver literacy and handwriting interventions to help close gaps in learning
Support with sensory regulation strategies and provide brain breaks where needed
Encourage confidence, creativity, and independence in the classroom
Work closely with families to ensure consistent, tailored supportWhat We're Looking For
Experience supporting KS2 pupils with SEN (dyslexia, ADHD, sensory needs)
Strong skills in delivering interventions, especially literacy support as a TA or LSA
Patient, resilient, and able to build positive relationships
Professional and confident communicator with families and staff
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
