Preparation Manager Needed in Oldham

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexibility may be required)

Key Responsibilities for a Preparation Manager:

Order and manage parts required for vehicle preparation
Coordinate vehicles arriving into stock to ensure smooth workflow through all departments
Ensure vehicles are fully prepared and retail ready within required timescales
Liaise with workshop, valeting, and sales teams to maintain efficiency
Support general operational organisation within the preparation processWhat We’re Looking For in a Preparation Manager:

Previous experience within automotive operations, parts, or vehicle preparation
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Proactive attitude with attention to detail and team collaboration
