Location: Burnley
Salary: £29,539 per annum
Hours: Full Time (Part Time or Job Share may be considered)
Contract: Fixed Term until 31 March 2026

Strong communication, administrative, and IT skills

Experience supporting individuals with complex or health-related barriers to employment

Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively

The Role
We are seeking a motivated Work and Health Coach to support individuals across the Burnley area who are facing barriers to work due to health or personal circumstances. You will assess each person’s needs, create tailored support plans, and connect them with the right services or employment pathways to help them move closer to meaningful work.

You will play a key role in empowering participants to build confidence, improve wellbeing, and achieve positive outcomes through structured coaching and collaboration with partner services.
