Join this leading commercial real estate services team and tailor your workload across a variety of projects and professional instructions. Ideal for a Senior Surveyor ready to step up or an Associate seeking a fresh challenge in a progressive,flexible environment.

• Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

• Lead on diverse commercial building surveying instructions
• Involvement in TDD, project management, contract admin, dilapidations & more
• Tailor your focus - let us know if you prefer a bias in a certain direction as the role can be tailored
✅ What You’ll Need
• MRICS qualified
• Associate-level experience (or ready to step up from Senior)
• Broad commercial surveying background
• Collaborative mindset + strong communication skills
