? Key Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted market research to identify prospective clients, sectors, and upcoming projects within the corporate interiors and design & build industry.

Build and maintain detailed client profiles, including key contacts, company insights, and market positioning.

Initiate cold calls and outbound engagement to introduce the company’s services and qualify potential opportunities.
*
Track industry trends, competitor movements, and market developments to uncover strategic leads.
*
Support the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and tailored engagement strategies for new business.
*
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align on business development priorities.
*
Maintain CRM databases with up-to-date intelligence and track client interactions.
*
Assist in executing outreach campaigns, including email communications, cold calling, and research-led targeting.
*
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on market shifts and lead generation activity.
? About You:

Bilingual: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
*
Experience in market research, client development, cold calling, or sales outreach, ideally within commercial interiors, design & build, or professional services.
*
Comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts and nurturing leads through early engagement stages.
*
Confident in gathering, analysing, and presenting data to support strategic decisions.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a bonus.

Strong communication and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
*
Self-motivated and naturally inquisitive — you thrive on identifying opportunities and thinking ahead.

Interest in the design and build industry and workplace transformation trends.
