We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a busy estates team. The Maintenance Supervisor will be involved in a wide range of duties including overseeing maintenance and installation tasks, managing staff rotas, assigning maintenance requests to the team, carrying out reactive and planned maintenance works and many other duties.
*40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 Monday - Sunday*
*Shift patterns: 7.00am-3.30pm/ 8am - 4.30pm/ 12pm - 8.30pm*

Work as a supervisory member of the estates team
Oversee regulatory and safety compliance
Educate staff and contractors on compliance requirements
Supervise contractors as needed
Responsible for overseeing the provision of maintenance and installation tasks
Ensuring the site remains compliant both within HSE and ISI guidelines
Many other duties, full job description available upon requestThe successful Maintenance Supervisor will have the following related skills / experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a similar role
Knowledge and experience of health & safety
Appropriate relevant qualification e.g IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM or CIOB.
Strong leadership skills.
