Deliver and embed Leadership and Management Development Programmes and masterclasses.
Review and improve L&D initiatives to ensure alignment with business needs.
Identify strengths and development gaps across teams and individuals, providing evidence-based recommendations.
Champion a culture of learning and continuous improvement.About you:
Experience within Learning & Development.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Confident communicator with excellent facilitation abilities.
