Must Have’s
* Previous experience of dealing with customers ideally via telephone
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Nice to Have’s
* Previous Claims or Insurance experience
* Understanding of data protection and customer data compliance
* Track record of achieving KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics
So, what will you be doing?
* Communicating with customers across various channels, delivering high-quality service
* Managing customer claims at the initial notification stage and escalating when necessary
* Supporting the customer service team leader with process improvements
* Maintaining clear, compliant, and timely records across internal databases
* Ensuring data protection standards are met in all customer interactions
