Commercial Property Solicitor
Based Lincoln - This is an office-based role
Basic Salary - £35,000 up to £50,000 depending on experience, 38 days holidays, pension, various discounts plus ongoing training and career development.
Our client is one of the leading firms of solicitors over 15 locations including Lincoln, and Doncaster, they provide a full range of legal services to individuals and businesses.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly established solicitors who are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team where you can develop your career within a supportive environment.
This role will suit either an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or a Legal Executive.
The successful candidate will have a proven history in Commercial Property and a passion for delivering excellent service to a range of Commercial Property clients.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will have a professional and approachable demeanour along with an empathetic approach to dealing with clients.
You will be proactive by nature, self-motivated with a drive to achieve excellent outcomes and adaptable to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
Candidate Skills
* You will be a Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years plus post-qualification experience (PQE) working in Commercial Property
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislations
* Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while also contributing to a collaborative legal team
* Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
* Familiarity with legal technology and case management software.
* Able to supervise Paralegals and / or trainees as required.
* Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
* Commitment to delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base
* Confident and personable
* Friendly, approachable and professional demeanour
Duties
* Managing a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters
* Able to provide a clear and tailored advice to clients, ensuring an elevated level of client care and satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery across the firm
* Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and best practices in private client law.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.
* You will manage a varied caseload, foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and have the opportunity to mentor junior staff members
