The Cover Supervisor Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step in for absent teachers, delivering pre-set lessons to students across Key Stages 3 to 5. You won’t be required to plan or mark—just engage, supervise, and support students in their learning journey.
You’ll be a confident communicator, able to manage behaviour positively, keep students on task, and ensure the smooth running of lessons across a variety of subjects.

• Experience working with young people (in school or youth-based settings)
• Strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills
• Adaptability and confidence leading classes independently
• A desire to make a difference in students’ educational experiences
