We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie for our prestigious client, located in the Rye area of East Sussex.

As Chef de Partie, candidates require a good level of experience such as from a gastro pub / brasserie style background. You will be working alongside an experienced group of chefs in a kitchen using the finest fresh ingredients to deliver the best possible experience for guests. You will be working in a relaxed and friendly environment with support from your peers as well as the front of house team.

As Chef de Partie, you will be catering for the restaurant and some events at this property, working as part of a team.

What we are looking for:

* Chef de Partie experience, ideally from within a Brasserie / Gastro pub style property.

* Good organisation, kitchen management, stock control and food hygiene control are essential.

* Experience of hot and cold food to order.

* Days of work will include week-ends on a rota – so some week-ends on and some week-ends off.

* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues

* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

* Sense of urgency

* Can do attitude

* Have a genuine passion for food and drink

The successful candidate can be local / or there is live in available with this role, which is deductible from salary.

Salary for this role of CHEF de PARTIE is given as £28,000 to £32,000 / per annum, plus other company benefits.
