About the role:

An interesting practice in London is looking for an Architectural Technician to support them for the next 6 months, with scope to extend. The role offers hybrid working of 3 days per week.

Start: ASAP

Location: London

Salary/Rate: DOE

Duration: 6 months +

Responsibilities:

The role would involve working on the construction stages (4-5) due to a rise in projects, with further projects expected to land.

Requirements:

Relevant architectural/construction qualifications.
Revit favourable, with AutoCAD essential.
Experience of working with listed buildings would be ideal.
Strong knowledge of UK statutory regulations.
Skilled in RIBA Stages 4 onwards.
Excellent design and spatial planning skills.
Time management skills and highly organised working methods.
Able to prioritise challenging deadlines and work independently on one's own initiative.
Liaise effectively and efficiently with other members of the team and also external consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Confident communicator, able to liaise positively with clients and project consultants.
