About the Role: As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a crucial role in managing costs and contracts for our client’s construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

* Cost Management: Assisting in estimating project costs, preparing budgets, and monitoring expenses.

* Contract Administration: Administering contracts, including variations, claims, and payments.

* Risk Assessment: Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to cost, time, and quality.

* Collaboration: Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
