Events & Engagement Manager,  Manchester

We’re seeking an experienced Events & Engagement Manager to join a fast-growing recruitment and talent advisory firm. This is a hands-on role working closely with Ops, Marketing, and the Senior Leadership Team to plan, deliver, and manage events and engagement initiatives that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver events such as round tables, networking evenings, and hospitality experiences
Coordinate diaries, logistics, and communications for key meetings and initiatives
Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for internal and external stakeholders
Manage suppliers, venues, and budgets where required
Candidate Profile:

Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience managing events end-to-end
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and a polished, professional approach
Background in events, engagement, or PA/EA roles with exposure to senior leadership
