Our client, an award-winning, leading Law firm, seeks to recruit an upbeat and proactive part-time receptionist based at their newly refurbished, immaculate offices in Bradford.
Joining a job-share arrangement and reporting to the Office Coordinator, you'll provide exceptional reception services to clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment both in person and via phone/email.
Greet and assist clients, guests, and visitors courteously.
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assessment.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure proper setup.
Provide administrative support and assistance to clients.
Operate the telephone system efficiently.
Facilitate smooth handover with other reception team members.
Offer relief cover and supervise as necessary.Required skills and qualifications:
Previous experience in reception or front-of-house roles, preferably in professional services or hospitality.
Enthusiastic and engaging with excellent interpersonal skills.
Commitment to customer care and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
Able to work effectively in a demanding environment and collaborate within a team.Details:
