We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in a welcoming primary school in Crowborough.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

‍ Work with individual pupils or small groups to support learning objectives

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Help manage pupil behaviour and promote engagement

Adapt to classroom needs and build strong relationships with students and staff

Requirements:

✔️ Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable)

A genuine passion for education and child development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

️ A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
