Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery across digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and priorities
Track and report on sprint progress and team performance
Promote Agile best practices across the organisationEssential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) desirable
