Contracts and Sales Process Manager
Are you an experienced Contracts and Sales Process Manager who thrives on structure, efficiency, and collaboration? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of contract management and sales process optimisation across multiple international clients.
In this key role, you’ll manage the creation and negotiation of client agreements and master licence documents, oversee contract governance, and develop sales tools that help commercial teams operate more effectively. Working closely with regional and global teams, you’ll ensure processes are consistent, compliant, and continuously improving.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee the creation, negotiation, and renewal of client agreements and Master Licence Agreements (MLAs).
Maintain and optimise a digital contract management system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure contracts and processes align with business goals.
Lead the development and adoption of sales tools to improve efficiency and drive sales performance.
Train and support sales and account management staff in using technology tools effectively.
Analyse data and identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and strengthen commercial workflows. What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience as a Contracts and Sales Process Manager or in a similar sales operations, commercial, or contracts role.
Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and regions.
Confidence using tools such as Excel, JIRA, PowerBI, and BPM software.
