Our client, a leading Formula 1 team, is currently seeking experienced Composite Fitters to join their dynamic team on an ongoing contract basis. For the right individuals, there's potential for temp-to-perm conversion based on performance and attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembling, trimming, and finishing high-performance composite components such as wings, bodywork, suspension parts, and floors
Interpreting and following detailed engineering drawings and build specifications
Carrying out bonding and surface preparation using adhesives, resins, and sealants
Ensuring all work meets dimensional tolerances, cosmetic standards, and performance criteria
Collaborating closely with engineering and inspection teams to resolve build issues
Maintaining excellent housekeeping and adhering to all health and safety standards
Supporting race build and development projects under tight time constraints

Job Requirements:

Experience in F1 composite fitting, or significant experience in high-level motorsport
Deep knowledge of composite materials, tools, and bonding techniques
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
Flexible, professional attitude and willingness to work long hours if required
Reliability, consistency, and pride in your craftsmanship
