Carrying out maintenance works within commercial properties
Carpentry
Brickwork
Plastering
Slabbing
Roofing

Previous experience within maintenance or a similar environment
A full UK driving licence
A valid CSCS card
A qualification in a relevant trade
The role is offering the following benefits:

Salary of £32,000 - £34,000 per year, depending on experience
