Description

As a Call Handler you will be supporting customers mainly over the phone resolving a range of queries in relation to existing products and services.

You will be working in a busy high volume environment ensuring each call is resolved to the highest standard and customer service level agreements are exceeded.

The role will also include responding to customers over webchat/social media platforms and email.
