The Opportunity
We are looking for 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our new Glasgow office and develop specialist verticals within Energy and Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Market Engagement & Business Development
* Build relationships with organisations across Energy, Infrastructure, and Engineering.
* Develop a strong presence in your assigned market and engage regularly with senior-level stakeholders.
* Proactively identify hiring trends, growth projects, and emerging skills needs.
* Position yourself as a knowledgeable, credible specialist in a high-value sector.
Candidate Mapping & Relationships
* Build and manage networks of experienced professionals within your vertical.
* Conduct detailed consultative conversations with technical and managerial-level candidates.
* Understand career motivations, sector trends, and project demand to support quality placements.
360 Recruitment Delivery
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to managing interviews and securing placements.
* Maintain structured pipelines of candidates and clients.
* Produce high‑quality market activity including adverts, outreach, and mapping.
Team & Office Development
* Contribute to an ambitious, collaborative environment.
* Share insights, support colleagues, and take part in continuous training.
* Help shape the culture and identity of the Glasgow office as it grows.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Experience in a 360 recruitment role
* Confidence in building relationships and generating new business.
* Strong communication skills, especially with senior or technical candidates.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, driven approach.
Desirable
* Exposure to Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, or aligned markets.
* Evidence of consistent billing or pipeline growth.
