Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (Paid lunch break; flexibility during busy periods)

We’re recruiting for a Multiskilled Operator to join a busy food production team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with full training provided and clear progression opportunities.

Opportunities to cross-train and progressWhat you’ll do:

Operate and set up production machinery
Accurately blend raw materials following batch specifications
Operate automated packing lines (VFFS machines)
Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production running smoothly
Assist with bakery and other production tasks when needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Complete daily and weekly clean-downsWhat we’re looking for:

Energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable
Comfortable working in a physical role
Detail-focused and committed to quality
A team player with good communication skills
Willing to learn how to operate manufacturing machinery
Any experience in food manufacturing, such as blending and measuring ingredients, would be advantageousBenefits:
