A well-resourced and inclusive secondary school in Farnborough is seeking an experienced and strategic SENCO to join the leadership team in September. The school is graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted, with a reputation for strong pastoral care, positive behaviour, and well-integrated support for students with additional needs.

As SENCO, you will lead the planning, implementation, and review of all SEN provision across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, managing a capable team of LSAs and liaising closely with teaching staff to ensure effective differentiation. You will play a key role in EHCP processes, access arrangements, and collaborative working with external professionals and families.

The successful candidate will either hold the National Award for SEN Coordination or be willing to complete it, and have a clear, student-centred vision for inclusion and progress. Experience of managing a team and delivering CPD is desirable.
