You will be working for a leading multidisciplinary property consultancy who are seeking an ambitious and driven Graduate Building Surveyor to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial and residential projects, gaining real hands-on experience while being fully supported through your APC.
 
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll work closely with a team of experienced professionals across the full spectrum of building surveying services, including:

·Contract administration
·Dilapidations
·Building surveys
·Party wall matters
·Schedules of condition
·Project work and refurbishments
 
You will need:
 
·A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying (or close to completion)
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·A proactive and professional attitude
·A genuine interest in pursuing chartership (APC)
