Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a full time Internal Sales Executive.
Our client is a distributor. They are looking for someone to join their friendly internal sales team. Due to the fast paced, busy nature of the business, candidates who have previous sales experience would be of particular interest.
Job Role:
* Be able to demonstrate previous experience in an internal sales role, involving lots of telephone sales work, e.g. following up quotes, promoting special offers, new product lines, events and exhibitions.
* Processing sales orders taken via email, phone or via the company website.
* Liaising with different departments within the company.
* Compiling quotes for customer when required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience of working in a sales office.
* Good computer skills, Microsoft Office and Sales Order Processing Software experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Previous experience of positively resolving customer complaints and issues.
* Great team skills to support colleagues across departments.
* Great numeracy and literacy skills.
This is a great opportunity to work in a lovely office environment, with a friendly team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, office hours with a hour for a lunch break.
